My paintings depict reality via the prism of my emotional perception. For portraits, I work only from live sittings, which allows to better capture personality of a model and unique mood of a moment. Art has always been an integral part of my life. I was born into artistic family and have been drawing since I can remember myself, encouraged and taught by my father, a classically trained and incredibly talented artist. I studied oil painting in renaissance technique in Florence and continue to pursue my passion by painting and sketching, working on commissions and frequenting classical art classes in London.
